A Shield Interaction is one complete tokenization + detokenization cycle. Guidizy strips PII before it reaches the AI, processes the request, then securely re-injects the real data in the response. One round-trip = one interaction.

A minute is counted from when a live video session is established to when it ends. Partial minutes are rounded up. Sessions dropped in under 5 seconds are not counted.

Annual plans are invoiced upfront for the full year — equivalent to two free months compared to a monthly rate. Your plan auto-renews unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
